is a safe place where you can explore your deepest questions
where you discover your unconscious motivations and compulsive thoughts through Enneagram type
where you learn how to let go of the need to control
where you’re taught how to be present to yourself and others
where you get inspired to let go of expectations and agendas
where you learn to quiet negative self-talk and discover how fear holds you back
where you find your voice and watch someone discover they are enough and they are loved

I AM knows what it is like to

  • Wonder about who we really are
  • Question the purpose of our lives
  • Find no answers when life happens
  • Question God’s goodness in the midst of life’s pain
  • Wonder if prayer really works or matters

Find inspiration in community

When you attend a transformation class, a spiritual direction session, a workshop/seminar, or one of I AM’s retreats, you will be among others who are intentionally seeking a more authentic, open, peace-filled, and aware life filled with compassion towards self and others.

Each of us at I AM is on a journey and we’ve grown through our experiences.
